From last 13 years we are fabricating outer jacket, inner jacket, chemical vessel, steam Bath, for leading manufacturing company of cryogenic equipments, Chemical processing, Food processing etc world wide. Our fabricated vessels are under going through number of quality check and test i.e. Air test, helium test and vacuum retention test at our shop as well as at our customer premises to maintain the international quality standard of the final product. We have approved the welder and welding procedure based on code requirements (ASME/DIN).

Apart from above we are also doing section bending and fabrication, Heavy Structure fabrication, machining and fabrication of small and critical components, Skirt fabrication for vessel, Chimmney etc. We have developed a new facility for manufacturing DISHED ENDS with capacity from 600 MM Dia to 4000 MM Dia & 3mm thk to 14mm thk in spinning method.

Our client can get benefit of making their dishes for both spinning method as well as point pressing method. Beyond dimension mentioned above can be taken care by high pressure press & capacity of thickness will go up to 50 mm. Presently our production capacity is almost 450-500MT per month.

Recently KARMYOGI ENGINEERS has completed 230MT Heavy Structure fabrication work (Fabrication, Galvanizing & Painting) of M/s. L & T for the Unity of Statue which is a very prestigious project of the nation & Chimney Fabrication of 110MT.
